Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Claw Shopping website and any purchase you make from it. Claw Shopping is operated by a sole proprietor from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to these terms, so please read them before checking out. If you have any questions, email support@clawshopping.com.
Who can order
We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States only. Orders with a shipping address outside the US cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled and refunded. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to place an order.
Guest checkout and orders
We use guest checkout — there are no customer accounts or passwords. Your order number and the email address you provide at checkout are how you access your order. Keep your order confirmation email: you can check your order status any time using the order-status link in that email, which requires your order number and email to view. Make sure the email and shipping address you enter are accurate; we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
Pricing and currency
All prices on the store are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD) — the amount on your card statement is the exact USD price you saw at checkout. Our payment processor, Ziina, is licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE; any currency conversion related to settlement happens on our side and is never charged to you. Depending on your card issuer, the charge may be marked as an international transaction. Prices do not include any sales or use tax you may owe in your state.
Order acceptance
Your order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it is not yet our acceptance of it. We accept your order when we hand it to fulfillment. We may cancel an order before then — for example if an item is out of stock, a price or listing was displayed in error, we cannot verify the payment, or we suspect fraud — in which case you receive a full refund and we will notify you by email. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us even after confirmation.
Shipping
We ship from warehouses in the United States and China through our fulfillment partner, and typical delivery is 7–12 business days after your order ships. Delivery times shown on the site and in emails are good-faith estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and peak seasons can extend them. Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it enters fulfillment. Email support@clawshopping.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been handed to fulfillment or shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but our returns policy may still apply.
Returns and refunds
Items that arrive defective, damaged, or not as described can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. The full process is described in the Shipping & Returns policy.
Product information
We work to keep product photos, descriptions, and specifications accurate, but minor variations (for example in color rendering between screens, or small changes made by the manufacturer) can occur and are not defects. If an item you receive is materially different from what was described, that is covered by our returns policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or lost time). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing removes rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your state — some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice of law does not deprive you of consumer protections that apply mandatorily in your place of residence. We will always try to resolve any dispute informally first — email us and we will work it out.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last revised.
