You do not need to email us for tracking. Use the order status page with your order number and checkout email to see live status and tracking — the same link is in your order confirmation email.

Support runs Monday to Friday and every email is answered within 1 business day. Our team works ahead of US time zones, so an evening email from you is often answered while you sleep.
