Shipping & Returns

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders are dispatched from fulfillment warehouses located in the United States and China, depending on where the item you ordered is stocked. We cannot deliver to addresses outside the US; any such order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Delivery times

Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, typical delivery is 7–12 business days. Items shipped from our US warehouses often arrive faster; items shipped from China sit at the longer end of that range. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier backlogs, customs processing, severe weather, and holiday peaks can add time. If your order is split across warehouses, items may arrive in separate packages on different days at no extra cost.

Tracking your order

When your order ships you receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check progress at any time on your order status page — the link is in your confirmation email and looks up your order using your order number and the email address you used at checkout. If tracking has not appeared within 3 business days of your confirmation email, write to support@clawshopping.com and we will chase it up.

Returns

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or materially not as described, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return:

For items that are defective, damaged in transit, incorrect, or not as described, we cover the cost of return shipping — in many cases we simply refund or replace without requiring the item back. Returns for other reasons (such as a change of mind) are not guaranteed and are handled case by case; where we accept one, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping is at your cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, issued in US dollars (USD) for the exact amount charged. Refunds are issued within a few days of approval and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. If a refund has not appeared after 10 business days, contact us with your order number and we will provide the refund reference.

Lost or missing packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 25 business days of shipping, email us with your order number and we will treat the package as lost — you choose a free replacement or a full refund. If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot find it, first check with household members, neighbors, your building office, and around the delivery spot (carriers sometimes mark packages delivered up to a day early). If it still has not turned up after 2 business days, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Address problems

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct an address before the order enters fulfillment, but not after it ships. Packages returned to the warehouse as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided are refunded for the item cost once received back, less any carrier fees incurred.
